Shipping Rates

Viola Organics ships all orders via Canada Post to Canadian addresses only.

Canada Post – Expedited Parcel

$9.50 regardless of the amount of the order.

Delivery time: between 2 to 13 days after the order has been shipped depending on geographic location. Just a reminder…our products are handmade fresh, so we made need a couple days to get your order ready for shipment.

If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about your order, please call us at (778) 349-5165 or email us at www.ViolaOrganics.ca and we would be happy to assist you. We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the next business day.

Return Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with any Viola product, simply return the package and goods within 14 days, contact our office or include a note of reason for the return in the parcel. We guarantee to replace or refund without question, upon receipt of the returned item a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return.

We’re sorry, but refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

If your package was damaged in transport, and its content rendered unusable, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately (778) 349-5165. The carrier will be notified immediately and the damaged items will be replaced.

International Shipping

We regret that we do not ship outside Canada at this time.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
